5.1 Landlord Responsibilities

If you are a landlord listing a property on Biset Properties, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to list the property.
• All information provided about the property is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You will not list properties that violate applicable laws or regulations.

5.2 Tenant Responsibilities

If you are a tenant using Biset Properties to search for properties, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your inquiries or applications.
• Respect the privacy and property of landlords and other users.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use Biset Properties for any of the following purposes:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others.
• Transmitting harmful code, such as viruses or malware.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with our platform.

7. Payments and Fees

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biset Properties and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our platform or by sending you an email. Your continued use of Biset Properties after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
